We were unable to find a study that provided that information for New York City. In general, if you don't smoke and don't use gas, kerosene or coal, the most common sources of indoor air pollution are wet or damp carpet, furniture made of certain pressed wood products, cleaning products and pesticides. Using natural cleaning products is an easy and effective way to reduce the amount of toxins in your home.
