I have severe osteoporosis and am taking dialy injections of Forteo to rebuild my bones. I understand lead builts up in soft tissue, teeth, and bones. Is there a way of treating so lead is no longer in the bones or other places within the body? I understand there is a blood test for lead. Is this correct? If so how do I describe that test so my dr. will know how to prescribe it.
