Stay Safe at the Beach This Summer
1. 06/29/2008 03:20:42 PM Routing gutter runoff away from driveways and onto permeable surfaces might slow down the overall speed of runoff (probably a good thing unto itself since it might decrease sediment load?), but the oil drips in the driveway and the fertilizer you spilled on the sidewalk are still going to run off into the street, no? Perhaps a better plan would be to \"avoid impermeable surfaces\" to begin with? New Comment |
