Grapes have a very high amount of manganese, and also contain a good amount of vitamins C, B1, B6, and potassium.
Shopping and Storage
Look for plump grapes without wrinkles. They should be still attached to the stem and not split or leaking.
Store grapes wrapped in paper towel in an airtight container or plastic bag. They will stay good for up to five days in the refrigerator.
Preparation
Grapes are a delicious snack all on their own, but are also great when added to any type of salad, such as chicken salad, pasta salads, and vegetable salads. Frozen grapes make a great treat!
