Fruit and Nut Sandwiches

Serves 4

1/3 cup dried fruit, chopped
¼ cup nuts, chopped
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ tsp. lemon juice
4 slices whole wheat bread

Combine first four Ingredients in a small bowl. Spread on bread. Cut diagonally and serve.
